Corporate Solicitor - Taunton
Rare opportunity for a corporate solicitor to join a full-service, commercial firm in their fantastic L500 listed corporate team. This corporate team is looking for a corporate solicitor with at least 1 year’s PQE.
This corporate team is based in Taunton, and this is where you will be located. From time to time, you will be required to provide assistance to the national corporate team.
You will be working on a range of corporate transactions, including M&A, corporate finance, restructuring, reorganisations, and much more. You can expect to get involved in business development and be encouraged to supervise junior members of the corporate team.
The successful corporate solicitor will have gained 1 year’s PQE from a strong regional or national practice.
