Operating across multiple locations, it has immediate ambitions to expand into further geographies, including the North of England, as part of its growth strategy.

This role would be well-suited to an ambitious Finance Director or Head of Finance with a strong track record in the SME sector, commercially focussed with an ethos of continuous improvement, and a desire to work closely with an experienced Managing Director on strategy and growth initiatives to drive the business forward. Proven experience in financial modelling. Experience in PE-backed businesses. Experience in M&A. Salary & Benefits:

Attractive basic salary commensurate with experience. Individual performance bonus scheme (20% of basic salary). 25 days of holiday plus statutory bank holidays. Company car - Tesla Model 3. Potential equity opportunity after satisfactory performance.
