We have an amazing opportunity for a 1st Line Support Engineer, to join an award-winning organisation, voted one of the UK s top 25 IT companies to work for in the UK and also a Microsoft Solutions Partner. Our client is looking for an experienced 1st Line Support Engineer, ideally with experience of working for a Managed Service Provider, to join their expanding service desk team. Responsibilities: Resolving 1st line technical issues on a busy service desk Delivering high standard of customer care Escalating problems where appropriate Essential Experience: MS Server Exchange/Active Directory Management/0365 Windows 7, 8, 10 Apple OS and Apple Mac Support MS Office Suite Backup Technologies Laptop/Desktop and thin client support Exams towards certifications relevant for this role will be full paid for by the client. This role offers a fantastic benefits package and hybrid working (3 days in the office/2 days remotely).
