Role Overview: As a Mechanical Engineer, you will be involved in a broad spectrum of projects ranging from small site surveys to multi-million-pound schemes. Your role will require autonomy in individual tasks while also collaborating with project associates, directors, and team members to deliver projects effectively and maintain high technical performance standards. Key Responsibilities: - Design mechanical services across various industry sectors. - Represent the company at all levels in client-facing roles. - Manage project delivery from inception to completion. - Maintain technical performance standards. Skills and Experience Required: - Qualifications: Degree in Mechanical Engineering or equivalent, with a preference for candidates working towards Chartered Status. - Design Experience: Demonstrable experience in building services design, preferably across multiple sectors. - Software Proficiency: Familiarity with design tools such as REVIT and MagiCAD. Awareness of working in a 3D environment is essential; training will be provided for StabiCAD. - Communication Skills: Strong verbal and written communication skills for effective report and specification production. - Teamwork and Autonomy: Ability to work both independently and as part of a team. - People Management: Experience in managing people is desirable. - Flexibility: Willingness to travel and cooperate across offices as needed.
