Responsibilities: Overseeing day-to-day operations to ensure the well-being and safety of all residents. Providing leadership and guidance to staff members, fostering a positive and supportive work environment. Developing and implementing care plans tailored to each child's individual needs. Collaborating with external agencies and professionals to enhance the quality of care provided. Upholding regulatory standards and ensuring compliance with relevant legislation.
