About Our Client
Our client is a well-established, not-for-profit organization with a national presence in the UK. Serving the community for over 40 years, they specialize in advocating for the rights of children and vulnerable adults when important decisions are made about them.
Job Description
This is an In-house Family Lawyer position where you will provide legal advice and representation to children and young people in private law proceedings.
The Successful Applicant
To be successful, you will need to have knowledge of the Children Act and other legislation relating to children and family law, Legal Aid experience, and the ability to conduct your own advocacy. In-house Family Lawyer experience within not-for-profit and charities would be advantageous.
