OHUK are currently looking for an experienced MEP planner to join one of the UK’s leading MEP subcontractors who work within the healthcare, science, commercial, industrial, and high-end residential sectors throughout London.
This is a full-time position with an option of a hybrid setup, their head office being based in Central London.
Duties:
Ensuring that the programme content is fully compliant with the planning procedures. Identifying planning scope, major constraints, and requirements of the contract. Identifying any factors affecting the programme. Establishing and agreeing with Operations on construction outputs and working hours. Producing and documenting the planning deliverables including programmes, presentations, and reports. Producing the Tender Programme and supporting information in accordance with the tender requirements. Developing overall programmes, issuing to all parties for review, and implementing recommendations, innovation, and best practices as applicable. Reconciling company and sub-contract plant/labour and major materials elements in conjunction where appropriate, applying resource levelling techniques as necessary. Requirements:
Thorough MEP experience. Current knowledge of ASTA software. Previous experience needed within high-valued MEP projects. This is a permanent position offering a great salary and package. Please apply below should you be interested and meet the above criteria.
