Job Overview: We are seeking a passionate and dynamic Business Studies Teacher to join our academic team. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in business education, with the ability to deliver engaging lessons that inspire students to develop a solid understanding of business concepts and practices. As a Business Studies Teacher, you will guide students in their journey to understanding business theory, economics, entrepreneurship, finance, marketing, and management, while promoting critical thinking and problem-solving skills. Key Responsibilities: Teaching & Curriculum Delivery: Deliver high-quality Business Studies lessons to students at various levels (KS3, KS4, KS5, or equivalent). Plan and implement engaging lesson plans that meet the curriculum standards and the educational needs of students. Assess and evaluate students' progress through formal and informal methods, such as exams, quizzes, and assignments. Provide clear and constructive feedback on students' work to support their development.

Classroom Management: Establish a positive and inclusive classroom environment conducive to learning. Implement effective classroom management strategies to maintain discipline and ensure that all students are actively participating.

Assessment & Reporting: Develop and maintain accurate records of student progress, assessments, and achievements. Prepare reports for parents and guardians, and attend parent-teacher meetings to discuss student development.

Qualifications & Skills: Educational Requirements: A degree in Business Studies, Business Administration, Economics, or a related field. A recognized teaching qualification (e.g., PGCE, QTS) is preferred. Relevant experience in teaching Business Studies at secondary or post-secondary level.

Skills & Abilities: Strong knowledge of Business Studies content, including economics, marketing, accounting, finance, management, and entrepreneurship. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to engage and inspire students. Ability to differentiate instruction to cater to the diverse learning needs of students. Organizational and time-management skills to manage lesson planning, assessments, and administrative duties. Proficiency in using educational technology and digital tools to enhance learning.
