Product Analyst Manager

who thrives in uncovering actionable insights to steer business growth and product development. You’re not just an analyst—you’re a storyteller, synthesizing data into clear narratives that inspire action. You’ll excel in a fast-paced environment, collaborate across teams, and leverage your expertise in experimentation, analytics, and product strategy to propel Welltech’s wellness solutions forward. Key Responsibilities: Lead and mentor a team of five analysts, fostering growth and delivering impactful insights. Oversee A/B testing initiatives and provide strategic recommendations based on results. Align analytics efforts with business goals by collaborating across Product and Engineering teams. Champion best practices in analytics and drive improvements in processes and infrastructure. Required Skills: 8+ years in product analytics with leadership experience managing teams. Proficiency in SQL and tools like Python or R for advanced analysis. Expertise in A/B testing, experimental design, and product performance monitoring. Strong communication skills to guide the team and present insights to stakeholders. Experience building dashboards with Looker, Tableau, or similar platforms. Nice to Have: Proven success in managing teams in high-growth or startup environments. Experience with advanced data science techniques for supervised and unsupervised learning.
