We are on the lookout for a high calibre Site Manager who has experience managing high-end residential construction projects to join one of our clients who specialize in luxury construction projects in Cirencester, The Cotswolds and surrounding areas.
This is a fantastic opportunity to join a great team and work on an impressive range of projects.
This is a long-term opportunity, and the right candidate would be joining on an initial freelance basis with the opportunity to go permanent down the line.
Responsibilities:
Manage high-end residential construction projects.
Oversee the construction process from start to finish.
Ensure compliance with safety regulations and building codes.
Coordinate with subcontractors and suppliers.
Maintain project schedules and budgets.
Minimum Requirements:
Previous experience in high-end residential construction is essential.
Experience in listed building works is desirable.
Strong leadership and communication skills.
Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.
Rate is negotiable depending on experience.
