Tonbridge Salary: - £45,000 - £65,000 for 3-6 year's experience - £65,000 - £80,000 for 6+ year's experience - £80,000 - £110,000 for Partner level About the Role: We are seeking an experienced Private Client Solicitor to join our busy and growing Private Client department in Tonbridge. You’ll be stepping into a ready-made caseload and handling a wide variety of private client matters, including: Estate and Care Fees Planning Wills and Will Writing Lasting Powers of Attorney Court of Protection Trusts and Trust Administration Probate and Administration of Estates Inheritance Tax Planning and Investments Deputyship This is a fantastic opportunity for someone looking to work within a supportive team and advance their career. STEP qualification is desirable but not essential, and we welcome candidates currently undertaking this accreditation. About You: We are looking for someone who brings: Comprehensive knowledge of private client law, particularly wills, trusts, estates, and tax planning. Proven ability to manage their own caseload with minimal supervision. Excellent time management and organisational skills to handle a busy and varied workload. A professional, approachable demeanor and outstanding client care skills. A smart and professional appearance alongside strong technical competence. You’ll be supported by dedicated secretarial assistance to help manage your workload effectively.
