If so, the Keystone Group is looking for you to join our team as a Talent Acquisition Partner. In this role, you'll be instrumental in delivering our people strategy, focusing on recruitment and onboarding. You'll collaborate closely with the HR team to support the overall HR strategy. Key Responsibilities: Lead end-to-end recruitment processes for various departments, from initial sourcing to onboarding. Partner with hiring managers to understand staffing needs and provide expert advice on recruitment strategies. Develop and implement innovative sourcing methods to attract top talent. Build strong relationships with internal stakeholders and act as a trusted recruitment advisor. Build effective local talent pools to minimise time and cost per hire. Develop partnerships with local schools, colleges, and universities to strengthen the Group’s presence in the community, and build talent pipelines. Monitor recruitment metrics to assess performance and suggest improvements. Ensure a positive candidate experience throughout the recruitment journey. Stay up to date with the latest recruitment trends, tools, and best practices. What we’re looking for: Experience managing end-to-end recruitment for a range of roles and levels, ideally within a construction or manufacturing environment. Proven ability to build and maintain relationships with stakeholders at all levels. A strong understanding of what makes a good candidate and what excellence looks like. A sense of urgency and drive to secure the best talent for every role. Solid knowledge of recruitment and employment law. Proactive in talent acquisition, including direct sourcing methods such as LinkedIn. Focused on reducing reliance on agencies by forecasting future hiring needs in partnership with stakeholders. Adaptable, resilient, and capable of working in a fast-paced environment. Passionate about delivering an exceptional service.
