JOB TITLE: Store Manager SALARY: £31,000 per annum plus comms LOCATION: Oxford BENEFITS: 22 days holiday plus Bank Holidays, pension & Staff Discounts Do you have a strong background in retail store management and looking for your next career move? Do you strive off hitting KPI's and growing and developing a store? Do you have a keen interest or have worked with Audio Visual products? If you have answered yes to any of the above, we may have the role for you! We are currently looking for a Store Manager for an Audio-Visual retailer based in their store in Oxford. You will be responsible for motivating and driving the store team and being an integral part of the store. Job Specification: Store Manager To motivate and drive the sales team, leading by example and working closely with them on the sales floor. To ensure the three key areas of store, stock, staff are closely and efficiently managed at all times. To develop the skills and performance of all staff by identifying and delivering the appropriate training and development in order to increase sales and improve the overall efficiency of the department. To maximise sales potential and profitability of the store in order to achieve performance targets. Requirements: Store Manager You will have proven experience of building, maintaining and growing a retail store. Preferably, you will have experience or have a keen interest in Audio Visual Products. Strong communicator and be able to lead a team to success. To be sales driven, customer focussed and highly motivated, with a proven sales track record.
