Permanent full-time We are seeking a dedicated and passionate Nursery Practitioner to join our team. As a Nursery Practitioner, you will be responsible for providing high-quality care and education to children in our nursery setting. Duties: Provide high-quality care and education to children aged 0-5 Plan and implement EYFS-appropriate activities, ensuring they are stimulating and engaging Create a safe and nurturing environment for children to learn and grow Deliver engaging, fun, creative and immersive sessions to inspire the future generation Promote high standards of quality at all times, always pushing boundaries to be better Ensure all resources are in line with our ethos and approach to Early Years Education Ensure practice and provision in our classes meet the expectations and requirements relevant to the class Manage children's safety and follow Safeguarding procedures Assist in the development and training of the wider team on new plans, materials, and policies Qualifications: Level 3 Early Years Educator qualification (or other full and relevant Early Years qualification) Previous experience working in a nursery or childcare setting Patience, empathy, and a genuine love for working with children Strong communication skills, both verbal and written Ability to work effectively as part of a team First Aid and CPR certification (preferred) Knowledge of relevant regulations and legislation governing childcare (e.g., Safeguarding) All applicants will be required to complete an enhanced DBS check and provide two suitable references.
