Role Overview: We are seeking an enthusiastic and dedicated Interim English Specialist/Teacher to join our vibrant team. This role is perfect for a passionate educator who is eager to have a significant impact on students' learning journeys. You will be responsible for delivering high-quality English lessons, inspiring a love for literature, and supporting students in achieving their full potential.

Key Responsibilities: Plan and deliver engaging and differentiated English lessons to students across Key Stages 3 and 4. Foster a positive and inclusive classroom environment that encourages student participation and creativity. Assess and monitor student progress, providing constructive feedback and support. Collaborate with colleagues to develop and implement innovative teaching strategies. Participate in extracurricular activities and school events to enhance the overall student experience. Maintain up-to-date knowledge of the English curriculum and best teaching practices.

Requirements: Qualified Teacher Status (QTS) or equivalent. Proven experience teaching English at the secondary school level. Strong subject knowledge and a passion for English literature and language. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. Ability to inspire and motivate students of all abilities. Commitment to continuous professional development and reflective practice.
