The future of work is being radically transformed. AI is the catalyst, Fractal the force. Our mission? To empower human ingenuity in an age of artificial intelligence. Are you looking for the challenge of a lifetime? Join our Founding Team.

Be one of the first applicants, read the complete overview of the role below, then send your application for consideration. About us: Fractal is defining a new era of work. Our platform is the first ‘Human x Agentic orchestration layer’, seamlessly integrating human and artificial intelligence to redesign how companies operate and scale. At the moment, despite AI’s staggering potential, teams struggle to wield its power. Even though 92% of Fortune 500 companies use GPTs, the impact on holistic output is negligible—less than a 1% shift. The problem is that AI is stuck at the task level. The solution? A bold new paradigm: human-agentic teams. Our platform, Fractal, empowers businesses to build, manage and scale human-agentic teams that have the speed and efficiency of AI and the nuance and alignment of humans. Fractal cuts through complexity to intelligently map, delegate, and complete slices of work, all from a simple prompt. Passing work from the right human to the right machine, and back again, in lightning time. Our mission is bold: to enable any team to scale infinitely. About the role: We’re searching for a visionary leader to join our Founding Team and drive the future of Fractal as our Product Director. This is your moment to take full ownership of product strategy and execution, collaborating directly with the CEO and CTO, as well as our users to shape something truly transformative. This is a once-in-a-lifetime opportunity to lead the evolution of a product that’s redefining how teams collaborate with AI. Your vision and leadership will be the driving force behind our success, directly influencing the trajectory of a potential $10 trillion market. As a core member of the founding team, you’ll own equity from day one—working alongside proven builders who’ve scaled and exited companies, including a $100M acquisition in 2021. This isn’t just a role; it’s a chance to leave your mark on the future of work. What you’ll do: Define and Drive the Vision : Collaborate with the CEO to craft and communicate a compelling product vision, ensuring alignment across the team

Define and Drive Development : Partner with the CTO and engineering team to design and deliver impactful product features that excite our users and advance our technology

Own the Roadmap : Lead the creation and execution of a strategic roadmap, balancing long-term goals with short-term deliverables

Collaborate Across Teams : Work across the business - operations, sales, marketing - to position the product effectively and define winning go-to-market strategies

Scale Excellence : As Fractal grows, expand the product team and establish systems to ensure consistent innovation and execution

Why this role matters: Your contributions won’t just impact a product; they’ll redefine how businesses operate worldwide. As our Product Director and co-visionary, you will play an instrumental role in crafting the systems that empower human-AI collaboration at scale, reshaping industries and setting a new standard for what’s possible in the future of work.
