This role will be based at their London headquarters in Mayfair and will require in-office presence four days a week. This role offers the opportunity to oversee a platform with assets in the billions, focused on the acquisition of logistics, industrial, and health and social care assets across key markets in Europe. This is a pivotal position within a dynamic and globally diverse organisation, offering significant scope for influence and growth.

Key deliverables: Oversee delivery of quarterly and annual financial statements and regulatory requirements. Develop and present detailed reports on fund performance, including NAV calculations, ROI, and other KPIs. Conduct regular analysis of the fund's portfolio to identify opportunities for cost reduction, revenue enhancement, and overall efficiency improvements. Ownership of the fund's capital structure, ensuring sufficient liquidity and maintaining strong relationships with investors. Lead fundraising efforts by preparing financial models, investor presentations, and supporting documentation for capital raising initiatives. Oversee the financial due diligence process for potential acquisitions or disposals within the real estate portfolio. Collaborate with tax advisors to ensure the fund complies with all relevant tax laws and regulations, both domestically and internationally. Establish and maintain a robust risk management framework, identifying, assessing, and mitigating financial risks across the fund. Oversee and enhance the fund's financial operations, including treasury management, cash flow management, and expense control. Application criteria:

A qualified accountant (audit-trained candidates preferred). Ideally 10+ years post-qualifications experience, within a similar private equity real estate fund. Experience in launching new funds and familiar with Jersey and Luxembourg domiciled funds. Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret complex financial data and generate meaningful insights. Strong communication and team management skills. Benefits include:
