The Role This is a permanent position for an Employment Solicitor with 2-4 years' PQE, ideally gained in a commercial legal practice. The Employment Team is part of the wider Business Team and advises employer clients across various industries on day-to-day employment matters, corporate transitions, workplace disputes, and redundancies.

Key responsibilities include: Providing expert advice to employer clients on a wide range of employment law matters. Drafting and reviewing employment contracts, policies, and HR documentation. Advising on and drafting settlement agreements. Supporting senior team members with Employment Tribunal claims. Staying up-to-date with employment law developments. Representing the team at business networking events and promoting the practice on social media. Delivering training and guidance to HR professionals and management on employment law topics.

The Candidate The ideal candidate will have: 2+ years' PQE in employment law, ideally gained in a commercial law firm. A strong academic record and excellent analytical skills. The ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment with strong attention to detail. Demonstrable ability to build trusting relationships with clients and colleagues. Strong negotiation, communication, and teamwork skills.
