Are you a motivated leader with a passion for logistics and team management? Our client is looking for a Transport Team Leader to join their dynamic home delivery and trunk operation. In this role, you will play a crucial part in ensuring that the team operates safely and efficiently. Key Responsibilities: - Support the management of the team to promote safe work practices. - Actively encourage compliance with health and safety regulations. - Flexibly adapt to changes within the operation, supervising and directing the workload of team members. - Conduct team performance evaluations, dialogue boards, and one-on-one meetings. - Foster strong communication within the team and across departments. Requirements: - Strong communication and leadership skills. - Proficient in computer literacy. - Previous experience in warehousing or transport in a similar role is desirable. - A flexible approach to operational changes.
