Your tasks will include: Educate and upskill social care teams in their knowledge and understanding of the Local Offer. Maintain existing and develop new relationships with partners offering a range of opportunities in which care leavers may benefit. Prepare and present information to a range of audiences including young people, colleagues, and stakeholders. Identify and progress opportunities including applying for grant funding. Ensure the published local offer pages are maintained and updated. About you You must have a minimum of an NVQ level 3/A levels relevant qualifications. You should be able to demonstrate a good understanding of the specific issues faced by young people who have experienced care. You will need to have strong communication skills, interpersonal and advocacy skills and be able to present information in different formats, as is suitable for the audience. You will have the ability to work collaboratively to achieve improved outcomes. You will have knowledge of the relevant legislation and policies that relate to care leavers. Have the ability to work from a variety of locations and travel countywide independently, as travel is essential to this role.
