We are looking for an Salesforce Business Analyst to be part of a specialist practice focused on revenue generating systems for our clients, such as ERP (Enterprise Resource Planning), QTC (Quote to Cash), CRM (Customer Relationship Management), CPQ (Configure Price Quote), Order Management or Billing. You will partner with the client’s key business functional leads to elicit, analyse and synthesise desired outcomes and requirements. You will form a deep understanding of a clients’ business, plus the processes of impact departments and uses, and therefore the value of what the project goal can achieve for the client. You will engage and share status with your client leadership, project leadership and other interested parties. You will also provide support to a broader technology delivery team, including communicating business goals and outcomes, functional requirements, processes and user stories; writing or contributing to acceptance criteria and test scripts/scenarios; coordinating user acceptance testing [UAT] with regional partners. In this role, you can expect to: Elicit business outcomes and requirements. Model business processes. Analyse and synthesis data (choosing a suitable method to output and share results). Prepare recommendations. Create user stories. Host workshops. Contribute to product/solution project roadmaps. To be successful in this role, you will need to demonstrate the following experience: Experience with eliciting outcomes and requirements, supported by underlying training and certification by a recognised body. Analytical skills: you are able to draw conclusions from data, manage information, identify trends, consider options and make recommendations. Have delivered business analysis responsibilities where Salesforce was the primary technology being developed. Experience with one or more business systems such as ERP (Enterprise Resource Planning), QTC (Quote to Cash), CRM (Customer Relationship Management), CPQ (Configure Price Quote), Order Management or Billing. Experience with Agile Scrum, Kanban and/or Waterfall methodologies, documenting requirements, user stories and acceptance criteria, in a suitable backlog tool. Good process modelling experience using Visio, Lucid chart or Miro. Ability to write UAT test scripts and manage completion of business partner testing within schedule. Medium to advance proficiency in Microsoft Excel and PowerPoint. You are someone who is: Innovative and able to think openly, broadly, and strategically but then quickly transition to be able focus on tactical delivery as needed. An excellent communicator, proactive and resourceful with a “Can do” attitude. Highly organised, focused and committed to achieving goals.
