17:00 – 01:00 Shift pattern:

Monday to Friday Salary:

£35,131.92 per annum, additional pay for unsociable hours will apply. What you will be doing:

Supervising a team of operatives and drivers Making sure all team members are motivated and treated fairly and consistently Planning and taking action to achieve service levels targets Educating your team on business goals and service objectives Making sure your team follows safe, secure and operationally compliant working practices during the shift What do you bring with you:

Experience in managing a shift and team in a busy freight processing environment is desirable Ability to manage own and teams time effectively with attention to detail Be energetic and enthusiastic Have a strong customer focus Have good communication skills What do we offer:
