We are looking for a Part Time HR Advisor to join our client onsite in St Davids, Pembrokeshire on a part time basis.

Salary up to 35k (pro rata) Monday to Friday working hours (office based) 16-20 hours per week Fantastic benefits package

What you will be doing

Provide an advisory and support service to the Factory Team. Support line managers in delivering all aspects of good people management and leadership. Be the first point of call in employee-related matters at the Factory. Provide advice regarding resourcing, administration, compensation, benefits, disciplinary and grievance matters, aiming to resolve each situation to the best of your abilities, escalating as necessary. Responsible for all employee matters including setting up new employees, payroll, holiday, and sickness management along with accurate record keeping. Ensure that employees have an available source of advice and understanding. Raise Non-Production Purchase orders against Requisition Notes and/or Quotations when requested, ensuring nominal & group coding is applied along with Project numbers where applicable. About You Experience working as an HR Advisor is required. Maths and English GCSE A-C or equivalent. Organisational and administrative skills. Experience in an HR environment, ideally within Manufacturing. Experience of employee relations and recruitment. Ability to advise and collaborate with senior members of staff. Potential to transition to a full-time role, which will require admin work and purchasing to support the team. Must reside within a maximum 40-minute commute of the St Davids factory in Pembrokeshire and have your own transport due to the location. 16-20 hours per week 9am till 1pm Monday Thursday & Fridays 8am -12pm (Flexible by mutual agreement for the successful candidate). Potential to transition to a full-time role in the future.
