Monday to Friday Role Duration:

NP23 6DN You will be responsible for arranging and managing all the statutory testing surveys for the authorities’ buildings to ensure full compliance with the regulations (e.g. asbestos re-inspections, mansafe system testing, safety glazing surveys, roller shutter doors, and automatic doors servicing). We require someone who is able to manage all the statutory testing in all our council-owned buildings. We have frameworks that you can use to award the work to the required contractors.
