Are you an experienced RMN/RNLD looking for a new managerial role within a specialist setting in the Burgess Hill area of Surrey?
My client is a specialist & highly rated Mental Health hospital who has a great local reputation.
Offering care for a variety of mental challenges & is owned by a highly rated provider. This particular role is Deputy Ward Manager, supporting the ward manager in ensuring the highest levels of care are provided at all times & managing a clinical team.
The ward you will be working within caters for males who are dealing with mental health issues & on the path to recovery.
The successful candidate will have the following skills and experience:
RMN or RNLD Qualified with an active PIN Experience in a mental health setting at a management level; my client will look at a Unit Manager or senior nurse who has leadership experience Proven leadership, team building and motivational skills Outstanding management and communication skills Up to date knowledge of the Mental Health Legislation
