Liaise with our fulfilment partner on dispatch and delivery of orders, ensuring a timely and efficient service. Coordinate changes to products and inventory in Shopify and our fulfilment portal, keeping our online store fresh and up-to-date. Process invoices with precision and attention to detail, maintaining smooth financial operations. When required, support the E-Commerce Manager with reporting and strategic projects related to the online store, contributing to the growth and success of Penguin Shop. What You Will Bring:
