We are looking to recruit talented individuals to join us who are passionate about delivering excellence in transformation and business change. Like the rest of our team, these individuals will take pride in delivering an authentic and hands-on approach to understand our clients’ business challenges and help them achieve their ambitions. This role will enhance our existing business consulting expertise with a business change and communications specialist. You will have responsibility for client-facing work from the outset. All our consultants are expected to have regular interactions with clients, to contribute to work-streams or projects, and to work with colleagues in delivering specific project outputs. You will be expected to support achievement of challenging operational and consultancy revenue targets, supporting bid writing/tendering and the development and delivery of our wider transportation strategy. The role will be based in our Manchester or York office. Travel to attend client sites across the UK is key. A background in communications, with proven ability to leverage communication expertise to drive impactful transformational change programmes. Skilled in designing and implementing communication campaigns and plans that achieve targeted outcomes and effectively engage diverse audiences. Experienced in sourcing, creating, and managing content across various channels, including internal email software, websites, and social media, ensuring cohesive messaging throughout. Capable of developing communications for leaders, working closely with senior stakeholders to align messaging with strategic goals and priorities. Proven experience with brand development and collaborating with creative design agencies to produce engaging, aligned visuals. Confident in advising others on best practices in marketing and communications, with strong interpersonal skills to influence, persuade, and build compelling arguments. Highly skilled in planning and executing calendars of both in-person and virtual events that support engagement and communication objectives. Collaborative team player who maximises internal and external networks to enhance communication efforts and drive project success. Possesses well-developed emotional intelligence, with the ability to adapt communication style to suit a range of stakeholders and establish trusted relationships with clients at all levels.
