PRE-CONSTRUCTION MANAGER - HERTS/ESSEX - BID TEAM
A very well established main contractor is currently seeking an experienced Pre-Construction / Bid Manager to join their team. The role is a new position within the business and can be based at either their Stansted or Colchester office. The Pre-Construction Manager will oversee the bid team of 3, reporting to the Preconstruction Director, and will work on main contracting projects valued up to £10m. There is genuine potential for progression into a Director role.
