Mental Health Counselor – Join Our Team in Stockton, CA Job Summary We are seeking a licensed clinician who is looking for full-time work. This person will be a compassionate and dedicated Licensed Therapist (LMFT, LCSW, LPCC) to join our team. The ideal candidate will provide high-quality mental health services, including assessment, diagnosis, and treatment of various psychological issues. Job Type:

Full-Time Work Hours:

Monday to Friday, 9 AM – 5 PM Responsibilities Conduct comprehensive diagnostic evaluations to assess client needs and develop appropriate treatment plans. Implement effective case management strategies to monitor client progress and adjust treatment plans as necessary. Utilize evidence-based practices in clinical research to inform treatment approaches. Maintain accurate documentation in accordance with HIPAA standards and ensure confidentiality of client information. Engage in ongoing professional development to stay current with best practices in social work and mental health care. Compensation: $110,000 to $130,000

annually, plus benefits Qualifications: Master's

degree in Psychology, Social Work, Counseling. Marriage and Family Therapy, or related field from an accredited institution Active license/certification in your respective state ( LPCC, LCSW, or LMFT) Minimum of two years of experience working with individuals facing emotional challenges Strong interpersonal skills and ability to build rapport quickly Experience using electronic medical records systems preferred but not required Benefits: 401(k) Dental insurance Health insurance Life insurance Paid time off Vision insurance.
