Based in quirky offices in Birmingham City centre, your mission will be to develop new business across the West Midlands. Using a large database and managing your own diary, you'll be generating your own appointments and getting out there to visit your clients onsite. Your clients will be a mix of Managers from Industrial Warehouses, Logistics, and Manufacturing companies. Onsite client visits include: Taking a full brief of the staffing situation within the company Offering consultative advice and presenting recruitment solutions Understanding the clients' needs and taking full note of vacancy requirements Agreeing terms and conditions Passing vacancies over to a team of professional and dedicated resourcers Keeping in close contact with your clients, ensuring a first-class level of customer service Benefits:

Minimum of 2 years 360 Industrial OR Engineering Recruitment experience ESSENTIAL A proven track record of success in bringing on your own clients Experience in 360 industrial recruitment, with a focus on business development Proficiency in CRM software Possession of a valid driving license Strong communication and negotiation skills Ability to build and maintain client relationships If this sounds like you, then please don’t hesitate and click APPLY NOW.
