Job description of Healthcare Assistant. Careland Healthcare is looking for carers to work in care homes and hospitals in and around Oxfordshire. Ideal candidates would ordinarily have experience working as a carer for at least 6 months; you should be passionate about caring for others (trainings will be provided). You need to be a good communicator, listener, focused, dedicated, and reliable. Main responsibilities of Healthcare Assistant Assisting with the activities of daily living, personal care, and helping with social activities. Reporting any issues to the management team. Completing and maintaining records of daily activities, observations, and direct hours of service. Ensuring service is delivered in accordance with all relevant policies, procedures, and practices. Carrying out duties as assigned by the Registered Manager/Deputy Manager/Senior HCA. Benefits Flexible working - WORK WHEN YOU WANT Annual training.
