The Role includes:
Working 5 days a week within the school or college provision, supporting students with MLD and SLD in small groups or on a 1:1 basis to help improve engagement, interaction, and raise attainment. Learning and developing your LSA skills. Working closely with parents to ensure what is carried out at school is continued at home. A friendly and positive approach to teaching and learning, as well as the ability to quickly build strong relationships and rapport with individual children. This is a full-time, temp to permanent opportunity (8:30am - 3:30pm).
