Rossie is a registered charity, located close to Montrose, Angus. We are a multidisciplinary organisation with a high local, regional and national profile. We provide education, care, health and specialist psychological services to the most vulnerable young people across Scotland and the UK. All of our young people are assessed as having additional support needs (ASN) linked to trauma and adverse childhood experiences (ACEs). Our young people are placed in our care via the Children Hearing Panels or Courts. We are actively involved with the Scottish Government and Promise Scotland in delivering all policy changes for young people. A very exciting and unique opportunity has arisen for an experienced and talented professional to be part of the Senior Leadership and Management Team (SLMT) as the Service Development Manager – Interventions, Health and Staff Development. This vacancy has arisen as our current post holder is retiring at the end of March 2025. We are looking to recruit an experienced, ambitious, resilient, corporate and committed senior leader. Reporting directly to the DCEO, you will lead and manage a multidisciplinary team of staff. The staff disciplines include psychology, specialist intervention practitioners, healthcare professionals and the learning and development team. You will also have a key role in liaising with external health partners and Universities to develop appropriate services in the best interests of our young people. Have a relevant degree level or Diploma/CQSW in Social Work, Degree level in Social Care, Health or Education/Business.
