Facilities : The practice is fully equipped with excellent on-site facilities including ultrasound. You will have a team of like-minded colleagues to support you throughout the day and enable a positive working environment.
Role : Our clients' popular first opinion clinic is looking for a Senior RVN to join the team on a full-time basis.
Hours :
This is a 40-hour weekly role.
Includes a 1:3 branch on Saturday mornings and a 1:10 Sunday rotation at the hospital practice.
You will also help support the hospital on 1 bank holiday per year, with time back in lieu.
We are looking for an RVN who ideally has a couple of years of experience and is looking to lead and support a team.
You will be working alongside a bubbly and compassionate team including a student nurse, nursing assistant, and experienced vets, who have a passion for building strong bonds with their loyal client base.
Training and career progression are important, so we are looking for someone happy to be a clinical coach to support junior team members in their development to become a veterinary nurse while developing your own skills. Full training and allowance will be provided if you have no prior coaching experience.
Salary : The Senior RVN salary band is
£33,000 to £37,000
p/a depending on experience, allowing room for growth within the role.
6.6 weeks annual leave including bank holidays
2 days paid CPD leave every year
