This role requires a strong, hardworking individual with resilience and a minimum of one year's experience as a Behaviour Mentor or in a similar role. You will provide 1:1 support to students with special educational needs and work with small groups in class and out of it. As a Behaviour Mentor, you will oversee working with a variety of children with different needs, such as ADHD, SEMH, and SEN, along with challenging behaviours. Quick thinking and proactivity are essential for handling complex situations. Experience with Team-Tech and physical handling training would be advantageous.
