We are seeking a proactive and organised Recruitment Coordinator to join our client's busy team. In this role, you will collaborate with a small, dedicated team of three, managing the end-to-end recruitment process and supporting various HR projects. You will also have the opportunity to engage with the broader HR team, expanding your experience within a cohesive team of six.

Key Responsibilities:

Job Descriptions:

Collaborate with hiring managers to finalise and enhance job descriptions using gender decoder software. Vacancy Posting:

Post vacancies on the ATS and job boards. Applicant Screening:

Screen and upload suitable applicants to the ATS. Candidate & Agency Liaison:

Serve as the main contact for candidates and agencies. Recruitment Tracking:

Maintain up-to-date recruitment trackers. Interview Coordination:

Schedule and coordinate interviews, send calendar invites, and log interviews. Interviewing:

Conduct competency-based interviews. Feedback & Offers:

Provide feedback to candidates and agencies post-interview, generate and extend job offers. Onboarding:

Manage the onboarding process for new hires. Inbox Management:

Oversee the recruitment inbox and delegate tasks. HR Contributions:

Contribute to the HR team's newsletter and participate in HR and resourcing projects.

Skills & Experience:

Essential:

Previous office administration experience, proficiency in Microsoft Office, strong attention to detail, organisational skills, excellent communication and relationship-building abilities, adaptability. Desirable:

Experience with ATS, recruitment experience.
