Service Care Solutions is working alongside a dynamic, national law firm that is in need of an experienced family lawyer to join them at their Stafford office. As a family lawyer, you will have the opportunity to work on a diverse range of family law matters. This will include: divorce, child custody, financial settlements, and more.
This role is offering a salary of £35,000 to £45,000 per annum. This will be dependent on experience and interview performance.
Key Responsibilities Of The Family Lawyer Role:
Advise clients on family law matters, offering clear and practical guidance. Represent clients in negotiations, court hearings, and mediations. Build strong client relationships based on trust and excellent service.
Requirements:
Ideally a qualified solicitor, barrister or legal executive with family law experience. The firm is open to fee earners with strong experience also. Strong knowledge of UK family law, including divorce, child arrangements, and financial disputes. A proactive and client-focused approach.
