Your new company: Hays are delighted to be working in partnership with a locally established and reputable CA Firm who have experienced positive growth over recent years. Due to the increase in demand from their client base, the requirement for a permanent Qualified Accountant to join their team to support as an Audit Manager.
Your new role: In your new role, you will be working as part of the wider team to positively support a strong client base in managing the Audit of their accounts. This will include an element of accounts preparation and supporting in a beginning to end audit management whilst being able to confidently provide insights to both internal and external stakeholders. You will manage more junior members of the Audit team, delegating jobs accordingly.
What you'll need to succeed: To succeed, you will be a Qualified Accountant - ACCA/ICAS - with a career background working with an accountancy firm in the local area. You will demonstrate a core understanding of managing a wide portfolio of clients including audit and accounts preparation. This role will suit someone who can confidently liaise with internal and external stakeholders to positively impact daily tasks.
