Your Role: You will be responsible for key tasks essential to support the Project Management Office (PMO) team. You will support projects of work such as internal testing and manage the projects for BioRepository storage service clients. You will coordinate the documentation required to ensure successful shipping of client samples. You ensure clients receive the appropriate notifications of change controls and Technical Specification revisions. You will provide administrative assistance to the program and project managers in support of study readiness. You will support preparation of metrics for internal and client facing activities. This is a hybrid working role based in Glasgow. Additional responsibilities include: Provide support to program and project managers on larger projects. Assist program and project managers with administrative tasks as required, such as LIMS information and Quality System updates. Coordinate BioRepository storage service for clients as required. Track, apply, and maintain required documentation to achieve prompt, smooth transfer of shipments both to and from internal and client sites. Run key administrative reports to support the PM meetings. Track and maintain internal KPI for PMO using available data analytics systems. Who You Are: 3+ years of experience working in a complex customer facing role. Experience working in a relevant industry such as Life Science, Pharmaceutical, Biotechnology, government or academia is an advantage. Effective use of MS Office programs such as Microsoft Word and Microsoft Excel. Good communication with complex information and priorities. A proactive approach to all aspects of customer service. Effective working as part of a team. Good organization skills. What we offer:
