Main duties of the job
The post holder will be the lead professional responsible for supporting babies, their mothers, and families in relation to breastfeeding, healthy eating and healthy weight management. The post holder will be responsible for ensuring the achievement and maintenance of UNICEF Baby Friendly Initiative and in doing so ensure that processes are developed to improve both breastfeeding initiation and duration rates in the local population and enable UHD to achieve national, regional, and local breastfeeding targets for its population.
