Receive telephone calls from and make telephone calls to pet owners to arrange the cremation of pets. Take payment for the cremation of pets. Respond to enquiries/queries from the general public and veterinary clients. Maintain a record of calls and financial transactions on Company systems. Collect deceased pets from clients' homes/veterinary practices. Attend to pet owners visiting the crematorium in person. Prepare pets for viewing. Handle pets in a respectful and dignified manner. Assist with the packing, checking, and return of pets' ashes. Perform other ad-hoc duties as required.
