We're seeking an experienced General Manager to take full operational control of this established, high-profile Central London venue. The space seamlessly transitions from sophisticated all-day dining to a vibrant evening atmosphere, complete with DJs and craft cocktails. This is an opportunity to lead a venue that has earned its reputation as one of London's most fashionable all-day dining destinations. About the Venue
This established Central London destination has built its reputation on delivering exceptional dining experiences throughout the day, complemented by innovative cocktails and carefully curated music programming. The venue is known for its vibrant atmosphere and attracts a discerning London crowd. Key Responsibilities Drive operational excellence across all service periods, from brunch through to late-night service Lead, mentor and develop a large team across food, beverage and entertainment operations Maintain exceptional service standards while managing high-volume covers Take full P&L responsibility, including budget management and financial reporting Create and implement marketing strategies to maintain the venue's position as a leading London destination Oversee stock control, supplier relationships and cost management Ensure compliance with all licensing, health and safety regulations Required Experience Proven track record as a General Manager or Operations Manager in high-volume London restaurants and bars Strong experience in venues combining food, cocktails and entertainment Demonstrated success in managing multiple service periods (breakfast, lunch, dinner, late-night) Excellent financial acumen with proven P&L management experience Strong knowledge of London's premium dining and entertainment scene Personal Qualities Natural leader with a commanding presence Exceptional interpersonal and communication skills Solutions-focused with strong commercial awareness Ability to maintain calm under pressure in a fast-paced environment Passion for hospitality and creating memorable guest experiences Benefits Package Competitive base salary of 55,000- 60,000 Performance-related bonus of 5,000 Service charge estimated at 6,000- 7,000 annually Training and development opportunities Employee dining privileges How to Apply
