Regularly cross-check to ensure information is still correct and being followed in practice Oversee the development and delivery of meals in our staff restaurant Check stock is at agreed levels, maintaining stock rotation and avoiding wastage Ensure deliveries are checked for quality and temperature, relevant delivery records are maintained and items are properly stored Daily/weekly procedures including temperature checks, food labeling/dating, and storage together with relevant H&S procedures are carried out and that records are kept up to date Manage staff rostering, absences, and holidays ensuring adequate staffing levels to meet business demand, whilst at the same time optimising wage costs. Liaise with agencies when needed Liaise with the Food & Beverage, Marketing, Sales, and Reservations teams for menus for groups and special events What We’re Looking For Proven experience in a high-quality kitchen environment, with a strong track record in a senior culinary role. Professional culinary qualifications and food safety certifications Strong leadership skills with experience in managing, training, and motivating a diverse team of chefs A passion for culinary creativity, with the ability to develop unique menus and drive continuous improvement in food quality and presentation.
