Role Overview As a Depot Engineering Administrator, you will play a crucial role in maintaining optimal stock levels in our stores and garages, while also supporting the engineering department with accurate and efficient recording of day-to-day operational activities. This position is key to ensuring the smooth and reliable operation of our engineering services. Key Responsibilities Inventory Management:

Utilise our computer systems to effectively control and manage company stock, including the issuance, receipt, and storage of parts and associated items. Fuel and Oil Stock Maintenance:

Oversee the receipt, storage, and management of the company’s fuel and oil stocks. Physical Stock Checks:

Conduct regular stock checks to ensure accuracy and adequacy. Administrative Support:

Perform various administrative tasks, including processing purchase orders, managing accident damage and repair records, and maintaining fuel and job sheets. Data Management:

Ensure accurate and timely input of Rota Reports, 24-hour sheets, Running Repair Records, and other essential documentation. Departmental Assistance:

Provide support to the Engineering Department to maintain an efficient and reliable service. Requirements Experience:

Proven experience in an administrative role, ideally within an engineering or logistics environment. Technical Skills:

Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel) is essential. Team Player:

Strong ability to work collaboratively within a team. Attention to Detail:

High level of literacy and the ability to work with accuracy under tight deadlines. Professionalism:

A professional demeanor with excellent communication skills. Job Type:
