Procurement and Logistics Lead
is a key position within the Supply Chain Department, and your main aim is to oversee the procurement department while supporting and developing the team. You will: Take ownership of sourcing, negotiating, and managing vendors Create, deliver, and monitor KPIs relating to cost, OTD, quality, service, and continuity of supply Prepare RFQs, manage tender processes, and ensure robust evaluation criteria are in place Build and maintain strong partnerships with suppliers Expedite purchased parts Ensure issues such as returns and shortages are processed effectively and in a timely manner Ensure quality and performance of supplier materials/parts meet acceptable standards Ensure incoming and outgoing shipments are cleared through customs Engage in continuous improvement activities You will need: Ideally +3 years of experience Strong organizational, communication, and IT skills A lean thinker Randstad Business Support acts as an employment business when supplying temporary staff and as an employment agency when introducing candidates for permanent employment with a client.
