We are working closely with an industry leading provider of Occupational Hygiene services in the Midlands region who are now seeking to take on an experienced and hard-working Occupational Hygiene Consultancy. The successful candidate will hold industry recognised qualifications and will have experience working on Manufacturing, Local Authority, Healthcare and Commercial contracts carrying out various workplace assessments such as air monitoring, COSHH assessments, LEV, Indoor air quality and legionella. Our client can offer opportunities for overtime with generous overtime rates, hybrid working to ensure a healthy work / life balance and enrolment onto the company pension scheme.

Experience & Qualifications: Will hold industry relevant qualifications e.g. W201, W501, W502, or W503. Holding BOHS P600, P601, and P602 would be beneficial to the role. Will have extensive experience working as an Occupational Hygiene Consultancy for a reputable provider of Occupational Hygiene services. Good IT skills, able to produce detailed reports. Able to organise workload in line with company and client needs. Well versed in relevant Health and Safety / COSHH guidelines.

The Role: Carrying out various workplace assessments including air monitoring, COSHH assessments, noise, fume, dust, HAV (hand, arm vibration) surveys, LEV (Local Exhaust Ventilation) indoor air quality and legionella across a mixed portfolio of sites. Carrying out site assessments in line with client requirements. Conducting emissions testing. Recording all results and findings accurately in order to create detailed technical reports. Attending site meetings when required, representing the company in a professional manner. Providing clients with excellent technical support and advice. Undertaking training courses when required to develop, and refresh industry relevant knowledge. Prioritising workload in line with company and client needs.
