EA Associates are working with an Electrical Contractor who is looking to open a new division providing site temporary electrics and plumbing to construction sites.
They are seeking someone who can take the lead in forming a new department within the company. Responsibilities: Organisation and management of M&E projects within a commercial environment Ensure that all works are completed in line with health and safety regulations Produce monthly financial reports for both ongoing and completed projects Assist with the preparation of monthly valuations of works carried out Ensure clarity of responsibility for the site team through briefings and daily communication Liaise with clients and customers at all levels to improve service delivery Be client-facing and bring their own clients while building relationships with existing ones Contract management Control materials (purchasing and sale/leasing to clients) Lead their own team with support from the company Requirements: Relevant Mechanical and Electrical qualification is preferred Previous demonstrable experience of M&E projects Commercial awareness Full support will be provided by the company, which is happy to guide the candidate while expecting them to lead from the front and take ownership of all operations. There is a genuine opportunity to build their own department and team in their own model, with potential in the future to become a shareholder should things work out. We are looking for someone with a long-term vision.
