A generalist role reporting into the HR Business Partner
About Our Client
Our client is a respected player in the industrial and manufacturing sector, with over 1200 employees based in Huddersfield.
Job Description
Provide HR advice and support to managers and staff.
Develop and implement HR policies and procedures.
Handle employee relations issues, including conflict resolution and disciplinary procedures.
Coordinate recruitment and selection processes.
Conduct staff performance reviews and implement development plans.
Ensure compliance with employment law and industry regulations.
Maintain HR records and prepare reports as needed.
Participate in HR projects and initiatives.
The Successful Applicant
A successful HR Advisor should have:
CIPD qualified or working towards.
Extensive knowledge of HR policies and procedures.
Stakeholder management skills.
Proven experience in a similar HR role, ideally within the industrial or manufacturing sector.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
Proficiency in HR software and MS Office.
What's on Offer
A competitive salary in the range of £36,000 - £47,000 per annum.
Site based 4 days, WFH 1 day.
