We carry out heating, plumbing, ventilation and air conditioning installations to schools, offices, factories, churches and residential properties. Job Role: This position will consist of managing small and medium projects from clients' requirements through to completion. You will be taking responsibility for managing new enquiries from clients, sending out respective enquiries to sub-contractors and suppliers, specification compliance, health and safety and all commercial aspects of the project. Main Responsibilities: Managing and organising engineers to carry out works as necessary Negotiation, order placing of specialist sub-contractors Ensuring compliance with specification Ability to work to deadlines, as part of a team and use own initiative Attend sites, carry out surveys and gather information relevant for compiling quotations Prepare cost estimates based on labour, plant, materials, and subcontractor quotations Ability to use your time wisely and efficiently Ability to create formal letters and quotations to clients Knowledge, Skills & Experience: The ideal candidates will have: Minimum of 5 years experience in Heating and Plumbing Excellent communication skills Good computer skills Enthusiasm to develop career and our business Pro-activeness to follow up of quotes/enquires and log feedback Be able to work as part of a team as well as on own initiative If you feel you have the necessary skills and experience to be successful in this role,
