Ensure all processes, including HVAC, electrical, plumbing, and building structure, meet operational, safety, and environmental standards. Manage contractors and service providers for repairs and maintenance work, ensuring quality and cost-effectiveness. Experience in facilities management, ideally within a manufacturing or industrial environment. Experience in managing HVAC, electrical, and mechanical systems.
